Crestmoor Park

This Denver remodel brings together a couple’s love of traditional design and bold color. Throughout the home, we infused their favorite hues, starting with the formal dining and music room suite, where rich violets and coral reds take center stage. By removing the soffit, raising the ceiling, and widening the room openings, we improved the flow and added character with custom millwork, including a cozy bookcase nook in the music room.

The great room and kitchen feature shades of deep blues with white and pops of red. We designed a new fireplace wall flanked by bookcases while the small powder room packs personality with an Indo-Persian inspired wallpaper, red vanity, and black-and-white marble counter accented by gold fixtures. In the guest suite, softer aqua blues and corals create a serene atmosphere, with the bathroom entirely reconfigured to meet the client’s request for dual vanities, a larger shower and a private water closet. We unified the space by covering two walls with white Moroccan tile and grounded it with a custom colored mosaic floor.

The primary suite’s bathroom embraces a pale blue-and-white palette, completely reimagined to provide better flow, open up a dark shower and provide ample storage and a dressing table. The shower was extended and the chase wall tiled with a beautiful custom mosaic from New Ravenna which we framed with glass to bring in more light. A chair rail detail ties it all together for a fresh, airy feel.
